2024 Miracle Mile Swim
Swim a mile and help find a cure for lung cancer.
Since 1996, TAM Masters has hosted a 1650 swim each January in honor of our teammate Jon Steiner. Jon originated the "Don't Waste Your Base" swim with just a few participants. Today the event, renamed the Miracle Mile, attracts close to 200 swimmers from across the country.
The event takes place yearly during the month of January and February. Many dedicate their swim to a loved one. Through this swim, TAM has donated more than $20,000 to lung cancer research in Jon Steiner’s memory.
What you pay is completely up to you. 100% of your donation is tax-deductible and TAM will contribute 50% of your donation to Go2 Foundation for Lung Cancer. If you donate $100 or more, you will receive a Special Edition silicone swim cap.
Swim the mile anytime between January 1st and February 28th, 2024. All you need is 25-yard, 25-meter, or 50-meter pool and someone to time you. Submit your entry and 50% of all donations go to the Go2 Foundation for Lung Cancer.
